These include Bluewater’s:
- High-pressure swivel stacks, in widespread use on both Bluewater and third-party FPSOs
- Three-sector mooring configuration for harsh environments, specified extensively by our clients, so that they are almost an industry standard
- Soft yoke mooring systems, now widely used to moor large vessels in shallow waters
- Turret CALM buoys, increasingly employed offshore for their inherent robustness and ease of maintenance
- Unique, mid-water, steel flowline interface that enables the use of proven CALM designs by reducing flowline fatigue loads to better-than-average levels
- Subsea riser buoys that allow steel risers to be brought near the surface for attachment by flexible risers to an FPSO or semi-submersible, enabling full preinstallation in the field, as well as demobilization of the FPSO, if desired
- Surge relief barges, which increase the safe offloading capacity of existing pipelines
